Join our Team as a Business Intelligence Analyst where your passion for data drives you to provide deep insights and technical solutions that propel our business forward. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to shape, analyze, and support strategic decisions through data-driven insights. You demonstrate hands-on experience with data engineering practices, including data modeling, data warehousing, and managing ETL processes to ensure a high quality BI pipeline
You collaborate closely with Engineering teams to design and implement an effective data tracking infrastructure, identifying key data points, ensuring scalable and reliable data collection methods, and optimizing data flow for analytical needs
You show proficiency in working with large, complex datasets to not only prepare analyses but also create reports and dashboards facilitating product managers to make data driven decisions
You work at the interface with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research and Design to define metrics and KPIs for evaluating & monitoring product performance
You minimize turnaround time for analytical questions from stakeholders by improving processes and tools
You support Product Management in building customer-facing analytics and business KPIs

Your fitness level

You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, specifically in analyzing and reporting on product data
You are experienced in ETL tooling, Data Warehouse models, data visualization, and SQL. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) is a plus
You have experience with modern cloud-based BI tech stacks, preferably Matillion, Snowflake, and Tableau
You have excellent communication skills and an ability to explain complex, abstract concepts in simple, concrete terms
You have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding their data needs and processes
You have a good understanding of the overall product development process

Your training goal for your first 6 months

You gained deep knowledge of EGYM's ecosystem, including our BI infrastructure and product data landscape
You built strong relationships across different teams and became a key player in providing data solutions that drive business outcomes
You contributed to improving data quality and consistency and supported the implementation of new tracking/analytics solutions that integrate seamlessly into our data infrastructure
