We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich. You are a fit for the role if you want to lead the development, optimization, and scaling of our marketing processes to drive growth. Responsibilities include owning our technology stack and serving as our data evangelist to ensure reliable marketing attribution that supports demand generation goals.
- Process Optimization: You design, implement, and optimize core marketing processes to enable the effective allocation of marketing resources and optimize resulting outputs (leads, assets, etc.)
- Technology Management: You support the effective execution of marketing initiatives by selecting, implementing, and managing marketing technology tools and platforms, and facilitating team training on said tools
- Data Governance and Analysis: You optimize Global Marketing campaign and channel strategies by overseeing effective data governance, including tracking mechanisms, generating reports, overseeing UX projects, conducting analyses, and extracting actionable insights
- Relationship Management: You foster a strong Marketing-Sales relationship and support shared revenue goals by owning the process for lead collection, qualification, management, scoring, and handoff
