You will be responsible for prospecting all new customers with the expectation of 70% outbound sales efforts
You will conduct community outreach to drive membership sales including networking events, sales presentations, advertisement and direct customer contacts
You will drive membership sales by connecting to customers and using a consultative, cost-benefit, approach
You will work closely with the General Manager and Head Coach to provide customers with the highest level of service and drive new memberships
You will perform memorable tours of the facility, in a low pressure, friendly, and helpful manner
You will perform demonstrations of equipment/technology and have product knowledge that will provide a holistic view for the customers
You will maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts and sales activities in the CRM system.
You will maintain product and technical knowledge of all EGYM Products to serve and communicate effectively
You will serve as first point of contact for all new membership inquiries
You will build brand awareness and generate demand
Your fitness level
You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in driving health club membership sales
You are a dynamic, goal-oriented individual with sales experience and a passion for promoting fitness and well-being.
You are knowledgeable of the fitness industry, gym facilities and membership offerings.
You have excellent customer service, problem solving, time management and communication skills
You are a proactive, highly motivated, results driven individual who is willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
You have a passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
You are available and have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
You are available to work 100% onsite in Downtown, Denver, CO.
The equipment we provide
You will earn an annual base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 (plus variable compensation based on goal achievement)
