As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) at EGYM Wellpass, you'll play a key role in supporting our company's growth by creating informative Tableau dashboards, extracting and analyzing data, and providing regular updates to the management team.   • Dashboards: You support the entire company in making data-based decisions by creating meaningful dashboards in Tableau
  • Data: You extract, validate, process, link and analyze data from different data sources to calculate business relevant KPIs
  • Reporting: You prepare monthly reportings and regular management updates
  • Analyses: You carry out ad hoc analyses and create models for strategic decisions
  • Derivation of actions: You deduce actions from the data which have impact on improving our business
  • Optimization: You continuously optimize our Tableau structure so that users can work with it as easily as possible
Your fitness level
  • University degree: You hold a university degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics, statistics or comparable
  • Professional experience: You have 2+ years experience in creating actionable insights in areas such as Business Analytics or a related field
  • Business Intelligence Tools: You are proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques such as Tableau
  • Excel & Powerpoint: You are fit in excel and powerpoint and know how to present complex topics in an easy understandable way
  • Working method: You can prioritize tasks well and keep highest accuracy, even when things get hectic
  • Language skills: You have professional proficiency in English (German as a plus)
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Database knowledge: You know the structure of our different databases and the relevant team KPIs
  • Support in decision making: You add value to the teams by providing them with data transparency (Dashboards) and support in decision making
  • Reportings & analyses: You ensure that the reportings and analyses are fully functional, accurate, running efficiently and delivered on time
  • Contribution of ideas: You brought your fresh ideas to the table, taking business analytics to a new level of excellence
