Service Integration: You integrate services like Salesforce, SAP, Stripe, and other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms
UI Development: You maintain and develop the UI components of our internal tools using React and TypeScript, delivering intuitive and robust user interfaces
Troubleshooting: You troubleshoot and reproduce user-reported issues, often dealing with external data sources to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction
Business Analysis: You engage in discovery and communication processes to understand user complaints and requirements, translating them into actionable solutions
Security Practices: You contribute to and follow security practices diligently, including input validation and output encoding to maintain the highest standards of data protection
Ticket Resolution: You collaborate with the team to address service desk tickets, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining strong dependencies management
Your fitness level
Professional Experience: You are a professional Software Engineer (m/f/d) with at least 4 years of experience, who can write clean and effective code
Technical Experience: You have experience with Java, Azure, GCP, React, and TypeScript (a plus but not mandatory)
Problem-Solving: You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges effectively
Communication: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
Continuous Learning: You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement
Team Orientation: You are team-oriented, focusing on clear guidelines and collaborative success, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Your training goal for your first 6 months
Ownership: You take ownership of the work you do, you are able to understand its architecture and deliver on product requirements and features as well as improving testability and functionality
EGYM Ecosystem Familiarization: You familiarize yourself with the EGYM ecosystem and the role of the different teams in the software engineering department

Codebase: You are comfortable working with our codebase
