- You conduct trainings for our entire EGYM Ecosystem and ensure that all studio owners and employees are kept up to date with our products.
- You lead your customers to success with EGYM hardware and software solutions by being their main point of contact throughout the entire EGYM customer journey.
- You analyze the training needs of our customers on site and are responsible for the corresponding sales-oriented sales and the implementation of the training.
- You form a tandem with the regional concept consultants and coordinate the integration and optimisation of the products and concepts at the customer's site together with them
- You create analyses of product use within the studios in order to derive meaningful key figures for optimizing the work processes in your clients' studios.
- You support the planning, preparation and implementation of our EGYM Campus trainings in our partner studios.
