Bist Du bereit, Deine Fähigkeiten in der Elektronik und Leiterplattenentwicklung einzusetzen, um uns dabei zu helfen, innovative Fitnessgeräte zu entwickeln? Werde Teil unseres internationalen Teams in München als Techniker in der Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) und spiele eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung neuer elektronischer Komponenten und deren Integration in unsere Produkte.

Elektronikentwicklung: Du bist bei der Konzepterstellung und Entwicklung neuer elektronischer Baugruppen sowie bei der Integration dieser in unsere Kraftgeräte dabei
Datenaufbereitung: Du verantwortest und pflegst die Komponenten in unserer Bauteilbibliothek und legst damit den Grundstein für die Qualität unserer Hardware
Test und Validierung: Du erstellst Messaufbauten, führst Messungen an Prototypen durch und diskutierst die Ergebnisse mit der Fachabteilung
Labor Management: Du kümmerst dich um die Prüfmittel und weitere Ausstattung in unserem Elektronik Labor sowie Bauteile für unsere Leiterplatten
Interdisziplinär: Du arbeitest in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Du regelmäßig im Austausch mit anderen Fachabteilungen, wie Software und Konstruktion, stehst

Dein Fitness Level

Ausbildung: Du bist staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik. Darüber hinaus hast Du Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektronik-Entwicklung
Leiterplatten: Du weißt, wie Leiterplatten entworfen und hergestellt werden. Idealerweise hast du schon mal mit einem eCAD Tool (z.B. EAGLE, Altium Designer) gearbeitet
Messtechnik: Du findest Dich in einem Elektroniklabor zurecht und kennst Dich gut mit verschiedenen elektrischen Messmitteln und Messmethoden aus
Fachwissen: Du besitzt Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Analog- und Digitaltechnik. Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit Mikrocontrollern und Skriptsprachen wie Python gemacht
Eigenverantwortung: Du hast ein gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und bist bereit, Verantwortung für sicherheitskritische Projekte zu übernehmen
Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch

Dein Trainingsziel für Deine ersten 6 Monate

Produktübersicht: Du hast EGYMs Produkte und elektronische Lösungen kennengelernt und einen Überblick über unsere Projekte gewonnen
Lieferkette: Du hast Dich mit unseren Lieferanten für Elektronik Komponenten bekannt gemacht und agierst als EGYMs Ansprechperson ggü. diesen
Leiterplattenentwicklung: Du hast eine Platine im manuellen Lötverfahren mit Bauteilen bestückt und diese anschließend im Elektronik Labor validiert
Testsystem: Du hast ein Entwicklungsprojekt unterstützt, in dem Du ein Testsystem definiert, aufgebaut und angewendet hast
Teamarbeit & Prozesse: Du hast Dein Team, die angrenzenden Abteilungen sowie unsere Prozesse kennengelernt

Your daily workout

Join our Electrical Engineering team in Munich as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d). You will lead industrial testing solutions, assist PCBA validation, and collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams. Apply now and be part of our innovative journey!

Electronics development: You will be involved in the conceptualisation and development of new electronic assemblies and the integration of these into our workout machines
Data preparation: You are responsible for and maintain the components in our component library and thus lay the foundation for the quality of our hardware
Test and validation: You create measurement setups, carry out measurements on prototypes and discuss the results with the specialist department
Laboratory management: You take care of the test equipment and other equipment in our electronics laboratory as well as components for our printed circuit boards
Interdisciplinary: You work in an agile working environment in which you are in regular dialogue with other specialist departments, such as software and mechanics

Your fitness level

Professional experience: You are a certified technician (m/f/d) specialising in electrical engineering or mechatronics. You also have professional experience in the field of electronics development
Printed circuit boards: You know how printed circuit boards are designed and manufactured. Ideally, you have already worked with an eCAD tool (e.g. EAGLE, Altium Designer)
Electronics debugging: You know your way around an electronics laboratory and are familiar with various electrical measuring equipment and methods. Experience with soldering THT and SMD components is a plus.
Electrical Expertise: You have knowledge of analogue and digital technology. You have some experience with microcontrollers and scripting languages such as C/C++ and Python.
Personal responsibility: You have a good analytical mindset and are willing to take responsibility for safety-critical projects
Language skills: You have good communication skills in English. German proficiency is a plus

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Product overview: You will have familiarised yourself with EGYM's products and electronic solutions and gained an overview of our projects
Supply chain: You will have familiarised yourself with our suppliers for electronic components and act as EGYM's contact person for them
PCB development: You will have assembled a circuit board with components using a manual soldering process and then validated it in the electronics laboratory
Test systems: You will have supported a development project in which you defined, set up and applied a test system
Teamwork & processes: You will have got to know your team, the neighbouring departments and our processes
