We are looking for an experienced Strategic Campaign Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich. You are a fit for this position if you possess strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to execute complex marketing campaigns that drive growth. As a Strategic Campaign Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that are aligned with, and support, our business objectives. 

  • Campaign Management: You plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
  • Project Planning: You define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Resource Coordination: You coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
  • Messaging Cohesion: You ensure cohesive content and messaging across digital, social media, email, events, and advertising channels
  • Industry Monitoring: You monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Documentation: You develop and manage project documentation, including briefs, timelines, status reports, and post-project evaluations
  • Performance Tracking: You work with a Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) to track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and continuous improvement ideas
Your fitness level
  • Professional Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Campaign Execution: You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
  • Project Management: You have excellent project management skills with proficiency in project management software and are able to to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Communication: You possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Digital Tools: You have knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media)
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Strategic Planning: You lead the strategic planning of the largest campaign of the year, starting in August/September
  • Campaign Rollout: You oversee the successful rollout of the campaign strategy, beginning with execution in October
  • Channel Strategy: You aggregate the strategy of all EGYM channels and craft a long-term strategy to keep all such channels aligned
  • Build Connections: You establish strong connections and routines with your team and direct stakeholders
