You will exercise strong relationship building skills daily to establish and maintain customer relationships by being the first point of contact for EGYM Enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for managing Enterprise accounts by proactively communicating business impacts, introducing new products, management of special projects, and making recommendations to support customer success with EGYM’s products.
You will expand revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-selling activities.
You will understand the customer’s business needs and desired outcomes and recommend solutions based on best practices.
You will manage special projects to a successful outcome and ensure appropriate communications with relevant internal and external stakeholders takes place.
You will be responsible for managing a proactive customer contact strategy to achieve goals, customer satisfaction and revenue expansion.
You will partner with sales for pre-sales questions and demos and share customer success stories.
You will be the main point of escalation for customer support across your network of Enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the needs of customers while collaborating with the Operations and Sales teams to assist in implementation of EGYM products and establish customer satisfaction.
You will provide enterprise level customers with technical solution proposals and communicating to the customer and internal stakeholders and managing project deliverability, necessary services and resources, timeline and cost.
You will provide structured, consistent, and appropriate external and internal reporting that highlights the successes and opportunities of EGYM’s customers.
You will establish yourself as a EGYM and fitness industry expert by providing customers with a consultancy-based account management approach, highlighting best practices, ROI statistics, and operational workflows that will maximize their use of the EGYM Products.
