With the EGYM transformation towards a Process Driven Organization, partner data plays a crucial role in our success. We are looking for a data-driven professional who will help us structure and optimize our B2B customer data across multiple systems (Salesforce, SAP, Stripe, internal tools). As a Customer Master Data Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Operational Excellence team in Munich and work closely with global process and data owners to enhance the quality of our customer data and support the growth of our organization.

  • Data Optimization: You identify and improve customer data across departments 
  • Process Management: You take responsibility for data cleanup and ensure data accuracy throughout the customer lifecycle – from creation to offboarding
  • Data Quality & Consistency: You ensure customer data is consistent across all systems and define additional data quality checks that you monitor regularly
  • Adjustments & Migrations: You handle customer account merge requests, data changes, and migrations, coordinating with the responsible experts
  • Data Governance: You collaborate with the Global Data Steward to shape customer data governance
  • Subject Matter Expertise: You act as the go-to person for all customer data related issues
Your fitness level
  • Working Experience: You have at least 3 years experience as a Master Data Specialist (m/f/d), Customer Master Data Coordinator (m/f/d) or in a similar role
  • Technical Experience: You have experience in data analysis, data cleansing, or data structures, as well as project and task management
  • Tooling: You have knowledge of SQL; basic experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Analytical Skills: You have an analytical mindset and a strong focus on data quality
  • Structured Approach: You work accurately and are committed to continuously improving data quality
  • Language Skills: You are business fluent in English and ideally have a good command of German
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Improve Data Quality: You take over existing data quality reports and lead cleanup projects
  • Deep Dive into Data: You analyze customer data structures across multiple systems and create a cleanup plan
  • Lead the Process: You take a leading role in the Account Change Committee, responsible for customer data changes
  • Strengthen Relationships: You build strong connections with centralized data owners and become the go-to expert for customer data at EGYM
