Are you passionate about shaping the future of fitness technology? As Product Manager (m/f/d) - Core Workouts, you will take ownership of the core functionality services and user-facing features that enhance our training experience ecosystem. Join us in Munich or Berlin and be part of a talented, innovative team!

Ownership: You take responsibility for maintaining and developing EGYM’s core training services and key features supporting our ecosystem
Collaboration: You report to the Training Experience Product Manager, and work closely with the Product Managers from the ecosystem, UX designers/researchers, engineers, sports scientists, data scientists, and diverse stakeholders
Customer Focus: You identify product opportunities by understanding the needs of gym members, trainers, and operators while supporting other product teams in their roadmaps
Teamwork: You and your product development team own and deliver the core services of the EGYM training experience
Performance: You monitor, report on, and make tactical adjustments based on the performance of key qualitative and product success metrics

Your fitness level

Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in product management, experience in training related and B2B2C products is a plus
Project Management: You excel in delivering large projects, defining milestones, and scoping deliveries effectively
Leadership: You have lateral leadership experience managing Agile/Kanban teams, even in distributed locations
Technical Expertise: You possess a strong technical foundation, apply logical thinking effectively, and can engage in high-level discussions about software design and technology solutions
Communication: You are an excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex topics simply and effectively, both in writing and verbally
Language Skills: You are fluent in English. German language skills are a plus

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Understanding: You have developed a deep knowledge of our product ecosystem, training platform, target market, and the fitness industry
Relationships: You have built strong relationships with the product team and key stakeholders from Sport Science, Customer Success, and Operations
Delivery: You have successfully managed and delivered your first few Core Workouts product developments based on our development process
