You will conduct foundational research including archetype studies and Jobs-to-Be-Done research to better understand our users' needs and behaviors, informing business and product direction.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure research findings are integrated into the product development process.
You will drive research operations by streamlining processes such as user recruitment, panel management, and data collection.
You will use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product design, presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner.
You will support cross-functional teams by guiding them on how to best apply research methodologies in their projects.
You will conduct usability studies, analyze cognitive and behavioral data, and provide design recommendations.
You will advocate for research-informed decisions and evangelize user-centered design practices across the organization.
Your fitness level
You have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, or a related field.
You have 3-5 years of UX research experience, preferably with a focus on archetypes, foundational research, and JTBD frameworks.
You demonstrate strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
You have familiarity with UX research tools such as Condens, Maze, Miro and co.
You have demonstrated the ability to manage and optimize research operations, including user panels and templates.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-research stakeholders.
You have experience facilitating workshops and working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Your training goal for your first 6 months
You will have developed a deep understanding of our product ecosystem and customer base.
You will lead segmentation and Jobs-to-Be-Done research initiatives that inform strategic product decisions.
You will actively help elevate our UX research operations, ensuring smooth processes and clear reporting mechanisms.
The equipment we provide
You will earn an annual salary of $90,000 to $110,000.
