Your daily workout
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in working with technical documentation and product data? In our team, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining engineering documentation while optimizing our data landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with hardware engineering teams to review technical specifications, document processes, and keep data in systems like Arena PLM, SAP, and Salesforce up to date. If you also enjoy creating clear work instructions and ensuring data quality, then join our Document Control Team team in Munich! 

  • Documentation Review: You will review engineering documentation incl. Bills of Materials, change requests, & change orders to ensure accuracy and completeness of provided information, as well as compliance with document management & change management procedures
  • Access Management: You will manage internal and external access requests to Hardware department’s documentation and tools (Arena PLM, Google Drive, Notion)
  • Data Maintenance: You will create and maintain product master data across relevant systems (Arena, SAP, Salesforce, internal tools)
  • Data Cleansing: You will identify cleansing opportunities for documentation & product data (clean ups, obsolete documents, inconsistencies across documents & systems, outdated knowledge pages)
  • Procedure Documentation: You will create work instructions and document procedures related to document control, engineering change management, and product master data
Your fitness level
  • Technical Collaboration: You understand technical specs and have worked with hardware engineering teams before to create bills of materials
  • Detail Orientation: You have strong analytical and organizational skills, and are extremely attentive to detail
  • PLM Experience: You have worked with a PLM tool in the past (ideally Arena PLM) and you are familiar with preparing mass data uploads in an application such as MS Excel
  • Data Management: You have experience maintaining product master data in ERP and CRM systems, which is a plus
  • Independence working: You are able to work independently given the proper guidance and support structures
  • Language skills: You are fluent in English, German is a plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Proficiency: You have developed a deep understanding of our documentation systems and engineering change management at EGYM
  • Administration: You execute administrative Document Control tasks and Master Data service desk tickets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Trusted Partner: You are valued as a competent contact partner by the hardware development team and your key stakeholders, and you have established good relationships with them
