Your daily workout
You will execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with EGYM’s business objectives.
You will drive go-to-market initiates for EGYM’s Ecosystem of products.
You will achieve and exceed signed contracts and revenue targets.
You will lead, mentor, and manage a high performing sales team across the North American Market, ensuring alignment with company goals.
You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
You will implement training programs to elevate team skills and maintain competitive excellence.
You will establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions align with customer feedback and market demands.
You will establish KPIs to monitor sales performance and market penetration.
You will provide regular reports and insights to the VP of Sales on progress, challenges and opportunities.
You will adjust strategies and tactics based on data driven insights in order to optimize outcomes.
Your fitness level
You bring at least 10 years of Sales Leadership experience with a proven track record of success in the fitness, wellness and technology industries.
You have a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field.
You have a strong understanding of fitness technology, SaaS solutions and B2B sales.
You excel at business and territory development with a strong track record of experience in building markets from the ground up.
You are a proactive, highly motivated, results driven individual who desires to have an impact on the future of the fitness and health industry and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
You have been successfully working in the field of sales and you were able to build a successful track record in solution selling and can leverage a strong network of industry relationships.
You know how to successfully leverage a CRM and report on lead generation, customer qualification/profiling, and activity management.
You have excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and presentation skills.
You are a strong, empathetic leader who is passionate about molding and developing your team in all skillsets and all levels of experience.
You enjoy working with customers directly and are able to travel 70%+ of the time.
The equipment we provide
You will earn an annual salary of $125,000 - $140,000 (plus bonus).
