Your daily workout
  • You will exercise strong relationship building skills daily and bring your industry expertise to the forefront of each interaction with our current and growing customer base.
  • You will lead the strategic sales development of the EGYM portfolio in your territory, resulting in new business opportunities and expansion of market potential.
  • You will serve your territory as a go-to consultant by educating, presenting business cases, offers, and concepts to apply to the success of their members and business.   
  • You will Maintain a strong customer base by generating new leads, closing contracts, and fostering a solid relationship with existing customers. 
  • You will help identify, organize and drive sales events, with the help of the Marketing and Events teams, to successfully generate more opportunities with new and existing customers.  
  • You will stay informed about trends in the fitness, health, and wellness sectors relevant to Campus Recreation and Athletics. 
  • You will meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the EGYM’s growth within your designated region.
  • You will provide Sales Reporting and Forecasting for your territory using Salesforce.  
Your fitness level
  • Business and territory development -  You have a strong track record of experience and success in new territory development. Eagerness to travel up to 60-70% of the time.  
  • Your home base is within your designated territory.  
  • 7 years of Sales Experience with minimum 3 years selling at c-suite level - You have the proven ability to access and engage c-suite decision makers within Campus Recreation and Athletic programs in the Northwestern territory of the US. Tailor the sales approach to the business needs of the prospect. Proactively manage the sales cycle and make accurate projections.
  • Professional Skills - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid time management, prioritization, pipeline management and presentation skills. Dedicated home office.
  • Motivation - You are a proactive, highly motivated, results driven personality. Desire to make an impact on the future of the fitness and health industry. Comfort being flexible with a fast paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Industry Expertise - You have a solid understanding of the trends and big issues impacting the fitness market. Ability to offer high level business and industry insights.
  • Collaboration & Resourcefulness -You have a proven history of working well with colleagues and other departments. Flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
The equipment we provide
  • You will earn an annual salary of $90,000 to $105,000 (plus commission)
