We are looking for an innovative and passionate Email Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Global Marketing Team in Munich. This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Automation Manager. You will be accountable for the timely, accurate, and effective execution of marketing automation initiatives and email marketing campaigns.

Campaign Work: You work cross-functionally with other stakeholders to execute email marketing campaigns that contribute to shared business and marketing goals
End-to-End Execution: You are responsible for the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including planning, development, and deployment
Reporting: You monitor and report on the effectiveness of each campaign
Program Improvement: You enable continuous program improvement by supporting and refining optimization initiatives outlined by the Senior Marketing Automation Manager, including segmentation and A/B testing
Optimization: You leverage historic campaign performance and email trends data to recommend layout, content, and strategy optimizations

Your fitness level

Qualification: You have a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other related fields
Professional Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years experience building and scaling marketing automation programs within a marketing automation tool (preferably Pardot incl. Pardot Specialist Certification or at least Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Mindset: You are a performance-driven marketer with passion and drive in testing, failing fast, and learning from mistakes
Project Management: You possess excellent project management skills
Compliance: You have experience implementing and maintaining GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL compliance
Web Development: You have basic knowledge of CSS and HTML and are comfortable making backend updates to pre-built email templates
Language Skills: You are fluent in English

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Digital Tools: You are familiar with our tools, processes, and agreements and have received your Pardot Specialist certification (if not already)
Independence: You are autonomously responding to and executing all inbound email marketing campaign requests
Process Setup: You have an organized a scalable process for managing the growing email editorial calendar
Outcome: You have executed at least one A/B test with enlightening results that we can take into future campaigns
Network: You have established relationships with key internal stakeholders
