Join our new Customer Enablement team in Munich and play a key role in helping EGYM expand its localization efforts globally together with technical and eLearning content managers, as well as internal stakeholders such as product managers, product designers and marketing.
- Strategy Development: You define and implement a company-wide localization strategy, ensuring alignment across departments, that enables a diverse audience of gym operators, trainers, and end users to make the most of the EGYM product ecosystem
- Localization Tools: You oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of localization tools (TMS, translation memory, terminology management, machine translation engines, etc)
- Process Optimization: You design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks for multiple products and diverse content types
- Best Practices: You develop best practices, standards, and policies for global localization processes, tools, and workflows
- Vendor Management: You manage relationships with localization vendors and optimize vendor management processes, including cost control, performance tracking, and contract negotiations
- Quality Assurance: You establish and maintain quality assurance frameworks to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations
- Project Management: You support localization project management for the Customer Enablement team using our translation management tool as well as for communication with vendors and reviewers
