You will lead the planning, localization, and execution of Global Marketing campaigns and regional marketing tactics to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement in North America.
You will serve as the primary liaison between Global Marketing and North American Sales by researching local market specifics, staying informed on fitness trends, and refining value propositions for region-specific messaging.
You will manage and maintain all North American marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, direct marketing, and PR, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
You will partner with segment leaders to develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve objectives.
You will collaborate with segment leaders to design and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies that address segment-specific needs, providing strategic support and resources to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
You will implement and measure ROI-driven marketing initiatives across various touchpoints, such as landing pages, ad campaigns, email nurtures, and content creation.
You will collaborate with product marketing and distribute high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, product information, case studies, videos, tech sheets, blogs, and whitepapers, to empower the Sales team and enhance pre-sales engagement.
You will collaborate with the Events team to promote and increase engagement in key EGYM events within North America.
You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and communicate priorities, timelines, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
You will act as the EGYM North America brand advocate, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all marketing channels and maintaining a strong brand presence in the region.
Your fitness level
You have at least 4 years of broad experience across multiple marketing disciplines.
You hold a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
You are a performance-driven marketer with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing strategies.
You analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to drive conversions and improve customer engagement across each stage, from awareness to retention.
You are a strong, creative writer, particularly for short-form content, and capable of developing your own creative assets for local campaigns using provided tools and templates when needed.
You thrive in both strategic and hands-on roles, working effectively under pressure and managing timelines.
You enjoy coordinating across departments and collaborating on both creative and strategic projects.
You understand and are comfortable with the travel expectations for this role (both domestic and international) at 15-20%. A valid passport is required.
Your training goal for your first 6 months
You will demonstrate a clear understanding of the Global Marketing & Brand strategy.
You will devise a comprehensive marketing plan for North America in collaboration with local Sales teams and Global Marketing.
You will stay current on the latest marketing trends, particularly in the fitness industry.
The equipment we provide
You will earn an annual salary of $70,000 to $87,000.
