You will conduct Market analysis of: Corporate health, prevention, and chronic care services, on-site corporate fitness, and employee health screening.
You will combine the analysis with an understanding of EGYM’s vision, assets, and competitive advantages to produce a concrete market entry and market development strategy for products and services in the relevant markets.
You will guide the development of product and service concepts.
You will deliver validated learning on experimental product and service concepts through a variety of methods, including live pilots where appropriate.
Mid to long term, as a business leader you will:
You will design, build, and manage a team to execute the strategy you’ve developed.
You will refine the business model around innovative products and services in the relevant markets.
You will take on full strategic planning, budgeting, P&L and management.
You will partner with CPO to inform product strategy and development needs.
You will plan and manage market entry of new products and services.
You will manage objectives and outcomes, initially in terms of validated learning, and ultimately in terms of business impact in the relevant markets.
You will develop and execute an aggressive global growth strategy.
Your fitness level
Education: You have a degree in business administration or engineering / computer science from a reputable academic institution. Bachelor degree mandatory but Masters degree / MBA preferred.
Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of full-time experience at a Tier 1 global consulting firm (like McK, BCG, Bain), Investment Bank or Private Equity firm.
Know How: You have a strong business sense and have developed business plans as well as go-to market strategies.
Mindset: You are a self starter and characterized by strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Communication: You communicate precisely and purposefully and are used to working with senior management.
Location: You are based in the US (Denver, CO) and are prepared to travel domestically as well as internationally on a regular basis (travel for this role is estimated at 25-30%).
The equipment we provide
You will earn an annual salary of $140,000 to $180,000
