For our operations across Europe, we are looking for a travel-ready and committed Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to support our customers on-site (e.g., in Spain, France, or the UK) in solving technical challenges with our innovative EGYM Workout Products. - Customer Visits: You will travel throughout Europe to support our customers on-site and ensure smooth training operations by providing fast and needs-based technical solutions
- Device Installation: You will take charge of the delivery of our fitness equipment—from unloading to installation—and actively support the installation team
- Maintenance & Repairs: You will carry out regular maintenance and perform repairs on our EGYM Smart Machines
- Documentation: You will document customer inquiries and solutions in our CRM system
- Spare Parts Management: You will ensure efficient availability of spare parts and professionally replace defective components
- Collaboration: You will work closely with our Technical Support, Logistics, and Order Management teams to ensure high service quality
- Customer Support: You will contact our Technical Support team in Munich by phone when you need assistance with solution approaches
