We are looking for a talented Head of Business Development France / Germany / Belgium / Austria (m/f/d) to join our mission at Wellpass and revolutionize employee access to sports and wellness activities.
In this role, you will play a key part in leading the Business Development team, responsible for identifying and convincing new clients to join the Wellpass journey. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Director based in France. You’ll be managing a team of 7 people in France (Paris-based) and 10 people in Germany, including our German/Austrian BDM Team Lead, spread across the country. The BDM team is mainly focused on prospecting, but also handles inbound leads from marketing and participates in events and trade shows.

Your responsibilities:
Define a multi-country prospecting strategy, while taking into account local market specificities
Manage a team of 15+ people based in France and Germany, helping them grow and thrive on a daily basis
Work closely with the following teams:
Growth, to maximize the efficiency of automated tools, ensure lead quality, and innovate on new strategies
Corporate Sales, to align on lead qualification and territory priorities
Existing Business, to expand key accounts across other subsidiaries
Sales Ops, to adapt tools and processes to meet evolving needs
Marketing, to support highly successful events
Ensure the team follows lead qualification processes and improve them when necessary
Maintain accurate activity reports in the CRM to track performance
Oversee the strategy and execution of Wellpass events in collaboration with the Marketing and Corporate Sales teams
