- Performance Analytics: You analyze Sales, BDR, and Marketing performance, identify patterns and bottlenecks, and translate your findings into concrete actions and projects
- Forecasting & Pipeline insights: You take ownership of key forecasting and pipeline processes—creating data-driven signals that surface trends, risks, and opportunities in every rep’s pipeline and help leaders act early
- Enablement through Insights: You develop scalable frameworks (e.g. scorecards, review processes, funnel health metrics) that help teams prioritize, decide, and improve continuously
- Automation & AI: You use different tools to reduce manual work and deliver fast, accurate, and consistent insights that teams can trust
- Initiative Ownership: You proactively identify high-impact areas across the revenue funnel and design, launch, and monitor projects - from strategy to execution
