  • Empathetic Leadership & Development: You'll be the champion for your Salesforce Admin team, optimizing team organization, and proactively nurturing the professional and personal development of each team member
  • Strategic Task & Project Planning: You'll expertly plan and assign tasks and projects within the team, focusing on maximizing individual strengths, productivity, and overall team growth
  • Quality & Coaching: You'll review and monitor the team’s output, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborative Process Optimization: In close collaboration with Process Owners and the Salesforce Solution Architects, you'll continuously identify and implement optimization opportunities for systems and processes, empowering your team to contribute to these improvements
  • Operational Excellence Oversight: You'll ensure the smooth operation and high availability of Salesforce and all integrated applications, guiding your team to meet business requirements effectively
  • Team-Driven Technical Support: You'll empower your team to provide first-class technical assistance, efficiently resolve bugs, and handle user queries with a solution-oriented approach, stepping in to mentor and guide as needed
  • Project Collaboration & Enablement: You'll actively involve and enable your team in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of cross-functional projects, fostering their ownership and skill development
Your fitness level
  • Proven Team Leadership: You bring a minimum of 3 years of dedicated team leadership experience, with a passion for developing and motivating technical teams
  • Distinct Salesforce Expertise: You have solid hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud, and possess a solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices, enabling you to guide your team effectively
  • Strategic Technical Oversight: You possess knowledge of Solution Architecture, and have a good understanding of Salesforce development (APEX, Lightning Web Components, Flows) and enterprise application management, allowing you to provide guidance and make informed decisions for your team
  • Exceptional Communication & Influence: You excel at verbal and written communication, effectively engaging and influencing audiences at all levels, from technical team members to senior stakeholders
  • Successful Stakeholder Management: You have a proven track record of successfully managing internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and aligning expectations
  • Results-Oriented Leadership: You bring a distinct ability to empower your team to achieve goals, demonstrating success in the goal-oriented implementation of Salesforce projects through effective delegation and support
  • Language Skills: You are business fluent in English and ideally have a good command of German
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Full Ownership: You take full ownership of the Salesforce Admin team
  • Efficient Capacity Planning: You effectively organize team capacity for projects and operational tasks including tickets and backlog management
  • Building Trust & Collaboration: You establish trusting relationships with your team and stakeholders, becoming valued for your collaborative mindset
