- You will support the sales, implementation, and customer support teams by developing a successful training and implementation strategy for EGYM products (the EGYM ecosystem).
- You will evaluate, develop, and execute scalable training material and programs to promote and support growth in the North American market.
- You will prepare product training and implementation materials and coach customer leadership and facility staff on-site.
- You will collaborate with the sales and events teams to provide support with events, demonstrations, trade shows, concept training courses and training events.
- You will be the main point of contact for all facilities you’ve trained to provide on-going success support.
- You will prepare and provide remote training sessions (via phone and video conferencing) with all levels of a customer organization.
- You will assess the impact of each training session for performance and customer satisfaction.
You will provide Training Department analytics and report information to the Customer Success Department.
