Product Strategy: You define and own the product innovation strategy for our gym customers
Team Leadership: You lead, develop, and empower a team of 15+ Product Managers across multiple product areas
Prioritization: You support your team in making smart decisions — from roadmap planning to prioritization and execution
KPI Ownership: You own key KPIs, define the best path to reach our product goals, and guide your team toward both short-term wins and long-term strategic outcomes
Stakeholder Alignment: You represent the product perspective in leadership and stakeholder forums, driving alignment across departments
Excellence Culture: You foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team

Your fitness level

Experience: You bring 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role; experience in hardware development is beneficial, but not a must
Track Record: You have a proven history of success in international, fast-moving product organizations with diverse stakeholders
People Development: You have a structured and effective approach to coaching and developing Product Managers
Passion: You are passionate about fitness, health, and technology — and motivated by purpose-driven product work
Languages: You are business fluent in English; German is a plus

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Customer & Market Understanding: You’ve developed a strong understanding of our customer needs, product landscape and our market
Team Relationships: You’ve earned the trust and appreciation of your team and key cross-functional partners
Product Ecosystem: You’ve built a deep knowledge of the EGYM product ecosystem
Strategic Impact: You’ve contributed to major initiatives, helped shape team strategy, and started solving high-impact challenges
