As a Member Experience & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members. This role blends consultative sales, outreach, and member service: welcoming guests, conducting tours, following up on leads, and ensuring every prospective member feels supported. This is not a “sit back and wait” position, success comes from being proactive, organized, and disciplined in outreach and follow-up. At the same time, it’s about creating a positive, welcoming experience that reflects the EGYM mission.

- CRM Rockstar: Keep our CRM up to date with detailed records of leads, conversations, and follow-up actions.
- Product Pro: Stay sharp on all things EGYM—from our gear to our digital tools—so you can communicate clearly and confidently with prospective members.
- Frontline Friendly: Be the first smiling face (or voice) that new membership inquiries encounter—making every first impression count.
