As a Member Experience & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members. This role blends consultative sales, outreach, and member service: welcoming guests, conducting tours, following up on leads, and ensuring every prospective member feels supported. This is not a “sit back and wait” position, success comes from being proactive, organized, and disciplined in outreach and follow-up. At the same time, it’s about creating a positive, welcoming experience that reflects the EGYM mission.

  • Lead the Charge: Drive new business through lead generation, CRM management, follow-ups, and converting trials into long-term members.
  • Tour Guide Extraordinaire: Host engaging, low-pressure tours that leave a lasting impression—think friendly, informative, and always welcoming.
  • Tech + Equipment Guru: Demo our innovative equipment and technology with confidence, helping potential members understand the full value of our offerings.
  • CRM Rockstar: Keep our CRM up to date with detailed records of leads, conversations, and follow-up actions.
  • Product Pro: Stay sharp on all things EGYM—from our gear to our digital tools—so you can communicate clearly and confidently with prospective members.
  • Frontline Friendly: Be the first smiling face (or voice) that new membership inquiries encounter—making every first impression count.
  • Results-Driven Connector: Success here is about nurturing leads and building relationships that convert—not just waiting for walk-ins.
  • Hospitality Hero: Welcome and host VIP guests, corporate partners, and prospective members like they're already part of the family.
  • Community Champion (Bonus Round): Pitch in on referral campaigns, events, and social media—when it doesn’t take away from your main mission: growing the member base.
Your fitness level
  • You bring 1–2+ years of sales experience to the table and love the thrill of closing a deal.
  • You’re a dynamic, goal-driven individual with a genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others discover the power of wellness memberships.
  • You’ve got standout skills in customer service, communication, time management, and problem-solving—and you’re not afraid to put them to work.
  • You’re proactive, highly motivated, and results-oriented. “Going the extra mile” isn’t just a phrase to you—it’s how you operate.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are excited to connect with the local community through business drop-ins, outreach, and re-engaging past members.
  • Building trust and relationships comes naturally to you, and you know how to manage a clean, consistent sales funnel—boutique style.
  • Flexibility is your middle name—you’re available for evenings and weekends as needed.
  • You’re based in or near Denver, CO, and ready to work 100% onsite at our beautiful Downtown location.
The equipment we provide
  • You will earn an annual base salary of $56,500 - $62,500.
