We’re looking for an experienced Teamlead Technical Enablement (m/f/d) in Munich to guide the international team, optimize processes, and lead the implementation of our Connected Training Floors and app solutions. Leadership: You are responsible for leading a team of 4-6 Technical Enablement Managers providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success
Employee Development: You lead and develop your team through weekly 1:1s, bi-annual feedback sessions, workshops and team meetings, while representing their work and priorities in stakeholder discussions
Resource Planning: You are accountable for organizing the daily operations, setting priorities, planning tasks and resources to ensure smooth processes and timely project delivery
Customer Experience: You contribute to daily operations by focusing on creating an optimal customer experience and driving continuous satisfaction
Process Optimization: You oversee and optimize the implementation process for Connected Training Floors and personalized apps, ensuring seamless integration with member management, smart cardio, and more, with a focus on the international market
Escalation Management: You support the team in case of escalation for complex customer and partner issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution
Documentation & Cross-functional Collaboration: You maintain clear documentation on platforms like Notion, Adonis, etc. and collaborate with teams like Sales, Customer Success, and Product to achieve shared goals and promote knowledge sharing

Your fitness level

Leadership Experience: You have 2+ years of proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering individual strengths, and driving continuous development
Customer Relationship & Technical Expertise: You have experience managing customer expectations, supported by a solid technical understanding of software systems, mobile apps, and ideally APIs
Project Management: You possess strong project management skills, adept at handling multiple complex projects and navigating challenging stakeholder meetings
Soft Skills: You combine exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset, demonstrating a strong drive to learn and implement change
Tools: You have very good Excel skills and have already worked with Salesforce, Jira and Notion
Language Skills: You are fluent in English, plus fluent in at least one of these languages: Spanish, French, or Dutch. German is a nice to have

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Relationship: You establish strong rapport with your team and key stakeholders, becoming a trusted leader and collaborative partner
Product Expertise: You develop a comprehensive understanding of our API platform, partner integrations, and our customizable apps
Processes: You gain a detailed understanding of our processes and contribute to shaping the implementation process
Team Leadership: You successfully lead your team in the implementation of our products & features, ensuring successful outcomes
Optimization: You contribute valuable insights and improvements that significantly enhance team performance and drive measurable customer satisfaction
