We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for human-centered design and the drive to turn bold ideas into reality. Based in Munich, Berlin, or Paris (open for occasional travel), you’ll craft seamless, user-centric experiences in a collaborative environment - helping us reshape the future of fitness with designs that truly move people, literally.
  • Shape Impact: You own the design journey from discovery to delivery, crafting bold, innovative solutions that influence millions of users across products and platforms.
  • Design for Humans: You create accessible, delightful, and visually stunning experiences that meet real human needs while delivering business results.
  • Partner with Research: You collaborate with UXR experts to uncover insights, validate ideas, and ensure every design decision is backed by qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Evolve Our Design System: You contribute to evolve our design system forward, ensuring seamless, brand-consistent experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Build Together: You work side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, turning complex challenges into elegant, user-centered solutions.
  • Prototype Fearlessly: You bring ideas to life through rapid wireframes, prototypes, and visual explorations, gathering feedback and iterating at speed.
  • Lift Others Up: Share your craft, mentor teammates, and foster a culture of constructive feedback and continuous growth.
  • Champion Design Excellence: Be the voice of the user and a guardian of quality from concept to launch.
Your fitness level
  • Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a related field
  • Expertise: You possess a strong portfolio showcasing experience in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking across web, mobile and beyond platforms
  • Tools: You are proficient in design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Research Skills: You have hands-on experience conducting and applying insights from user research
  • Problem-Solving: You are a strategic thinker with a knack for solving complex design challenges and simplifying workflows
  • Collaboration: You excel in communication and interpersonal skills to influence and work with cross-functional teams
  • Education: You preferably hold a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English, knowledge of German or French is a great plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Understanding: You gained a holistic understanding of Wellpass product and services and got familiar with the EGYM ecosystem, its products and how they are connected
  • Connection: You build a strong connection and routines with your team and direct stakeholders
  • Vision: You are breathing our long-term and short-term product vision and understand how our product lines feed into it
  • Responsibility: You take over full responsibility for the design thinking process within your user journey stream team organization
