  • Enablement: You create and maintain documentation and training aids for the various technology tools at EGYM to help our global team get the most from our technology and highlight how our tools can enhance productivity

  • Optimization: You lead the efforts to maintain and organize key information platforms such as Notion, JIRA, Slack, and others to maximize the usability and value of those systems and ensure the knowledge owners keep their information up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the standardized structure

  • Standardization: You create a standardized structure for the organization of knowledge within our technology platforms, apply this across our service catalogue to ensure easy and consistent access to information, and periodically audit our workspaces to support accountability of the knowledge owners

  • Collaboration: You develop relationships with key stakeholders to discover areas of opportunity to continually improve our library of technology enablement tools

  • Continual Improvement: You gain a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the EGYM systems portfolio and evaluate the ways that EGYM utilizes our current platforms; developing recommendations for ways to improve and maximize the value we get from those platforms

  • Forward Thinking: You utilize modern technologies such as process automation and AI to streamline and improve the development and maintenance of our technology enablement tools

Your fitness level
  • Training: You have completed a training or internship program or have a university degree in User Experience Design, Instructional Design, Knowledge Management or a related field

  • Professional Experience: You have 3 or more years of professional experience in User Experience Design, Learning and Development, or Technology Enablement and are comfortable leading organizational change initiatives with differing stakeholders

  • Technical Aptitude: You have experience working with various technology tools and developing best practices for organizations to get the most out of their technology platforms.

  • People Focused: You enjoy speaking in front of large groups and are comfortable adjusting your communication style to various levels of technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Skills: You are adept at developing training content that is engaging, succinct, and effective, working with competing stakeholders to develop system and process requirements, and working well both independently and in a team environment

  • Language skills: You have professional proficiency in English (German and or French is a plus) 

Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Intranet Optimization: You work with internal stakeholders and the platform vendor to establish a set of standard practices for our Notion intranet site and become the primary point of contact for maintaining those standards going forward

  • Relationship Building: You establish key relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to establish a list of key opportunities that can be resolved through the development of enablement content

  • Development: You develop and publish your first set of enablement guides or trainings to improve technology utilization at EGYM

  • Roadmapping: You create a ranked list of recommendations for additional enablement content as well as ideas for ways to improve our use of existing systems to maximise the value derived from them
