You are responsible for the order fulfillment of our Global Operations with a focus on North American customers and partners from receipt of a signed contract through the successful implementation of EGYM products
You work cross functionally to manage the coordination and planning of equipment deliveries, product trainings, and mobile app implementations while aligning with our Global processes
You act as a project manager holistically for the contract for all EGYM products by coordinating with customers and internal departments (supply chain management, finance, aftersales, Customer success management and logistics)
You are responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and retrieving data in our CRM system
You provide exceptional customer service by acting as a liaison between EGYMs customers and our internal teams and proactively coordinating of necessary interactions with external and internal points of contact
You drive efficiency by ensuring a successful order flow in accordance with EGYM’s operational processes
You will play a pivotal role in fostering healthy relationships with our customers while simultaneously impacting the development and efficiency of our processes as we continue to grow

Your fitness level
You are a team player who has a knack for attention to detail, are process driven, enjoy problem solving and have great time management skills
You are an excellent communicator who is able to effectively and efficiently communicate with your team and customers alike
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
You speak a second European language (E.g. Spanish)
You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in project management
You are able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
You have experience with data entry and working within systems such as Salesforce
You are detail oriented while also being adaptable in a fast paced, performance driven environment and enjoy being a part of a team that is evolving
Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry. If not, we will teach you!
You have the availability to work out of our offices in Denver, CO (2-3 times per week)
The equipment we provide
You will earn an annual salary of $56,500 to $65,000
