Your daily workout
We are looking for a hand-on, Engineering Documentation Control & PLM Lead (m/f/d) who understands how product data, documentation, and change management really work in a development-to-production environment. If you’ve worked as an engineer in hardware development, lean production or factory planning, contributed to real engineering changes, and later found yourself improving workflows, tools, and data structures because “there has to be a better way,” you may be the next EGYMee we’re searching for in Munich.
In this role, you won’t just follow established processes - you will shape them. You’ll dive into messy, ambiguous problems, figure out what’s missing, and create solutions that make engineering teams faster, clearer, and more aligned. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, give your career a workout, then join our Configuration & Master Data Management team and apply now!

- Product Lifecycle Management Strategy: You own and evolve our PLM environment - from configuration to daily operations. You’ll work closely with engineers, supply chain, and manufacturing to make sure the system supports real product development needs, not just theoretical workflows
- Engineering Change Management: You drive the engineering change management end-to-end. You’ll guide teams through impact assessments, BOM updates, documentation changes, and implementation coordination, ensuring that each change is technically sound and production-ready
- Project Integration: You Participate directly in hardware development projects, bringing clarity to product documentation structures and ensuring that good engineering work is also well captured and usable downstream
- Knowledge Management: You build and maintain our product knowledge infrastructure (Google Drive, Notion), shaping a scalable structure that helps engineers find what they need fast
- Training: You level up the department’s tools and methods through training and coaching, strengthening the team’s understanding of PLM best practices, documentation standards, and change management basics.
