You are passionate about fitness, technology and teamwork? Then join our team in our brand new office in Lyon as we are currently looking for a motivated Fitness Trainer (m/f/d)!

Supervising: You supervise and monitor activities on the fitness floor
Coaching: You advise clients on proper exercise execution and the use of EGYM equipment
Maintenance: You are responsible for maintenance and taking care of fitness equipment in the training room, as well as reporting incidents
Training Plans: You are creating individualized and customized workout plans
Guidance: You resolve doubts, guide and support members in their progress and support the local team members when new prospects are visiting our showroom in the explanation of the full ecosystem
Support: You will assist the sales teams and events while making sure that the location and equipment is ready to be engaged for the best business customer experience
Improvement: You contribute with new proposals, creative ideas and improvements that help to enhance the experience of our users

Your fitness level

Qualification: You completed training as a BPJEPS (Brevet Professionnel de la Jeunesse, de l'Éducation Populaire et du Sport), STAPS (Sciences et Techniques des Activités Physiques et Sportives) or a CQP (Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle) specialized in a relevant field
Expertise: You are an expert in developing training plans as well as handling fitness equipment and have a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology
Tools: You are able to work with technology applied to fitness (e.g. training applications, client software, connected equipment)
Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, grow and bring new ideas in a dynamic and innovative environment
Drive: You are a proactive person with an ability to work autonomously but always team-oriented
Communication: You are fluent in French and are able to communicate in English

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Reliability: You organize your working day successfully and purposefully and know how to use all the relevant tools for you and your customers
Teamwork: You actively participate in teamwork and build a positive and inspiring environment for customers as well as for colleagues
Sales: You manage the sales process with potential gym clients successfully
Retention: You encourage customer participation in special activities to increase retention

Alors rejoins-nous dans nos tout nouveaux bureaux à Lyon: nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Coach/Fitness Trainer (h/f/d) motivé(e)!

Supervision: Tu supervises et animes les activités sur le plateau d'entraînement
Coaching: Tu conseilles les clients sur la bonne exécution des exercices et l’utilisation des équipements EGYM
Maintenance: Tu veilles à la maintenance et à la bonne tenue des appareils de fitness, et assures le suivi des incidents
Plans d’entraînement: Tu crées des programmes personnalisés et adaptés aux besoins de chaque utilisateur
Accompagnement: Tu guides, rassures et soutiens les adhérents dans leur progression, et tu épaules l’équipe locale lors des visites de prospects dans notre showroom pour présenter l’écosystème EGYM
Support: Tu assistes les équipes commerciales et les événements, en garantissant que l’espace et les équipements soient parfaitement prêts pour offrir la meilleure expérience client professionnelle
Amélioration continue: Tu proposes des idées, initiatives et améliorations pour optimiser l’expérience de nos utilisateurs

Votre niveau de fitness

Qualifications: Tu es titulaire d’un BPJEPS, d’un diplôme STAPS ou d’un CQP dans un domaine lié au coaching sportif
Expertise: Tu maîtrises la création de programmes d’entraînement, l’utilisation du matériel de fitness, et tu possèdes de solides connaissances en anatomie et physiologie
Outils: Tu es à l’aise avec la technologie appliquée au sport (applications d’entraînement, logiciels clients, équipements connectés)
Mentalité: Tu as une forte envie d’apprendre, d’innover et d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique
État d’esprit: Tu es proactif(ve), autonome et orienté(e) équipe
Communication: Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français et êtes capable de communiquer en anglais

Votre objectif de formation pour vos 6 premiers mois

Fiabilité: Tu gères efficacement ton organisation quotidienne et maîtrises tous les outils nécessaires pour toi et tes clients
Travail d’équipe: Tu contribues activement à une ambiance positive, inspirante et collaborative pour les clients comme pour les collègues
Sales: Tu accompagnes efficacement le processus commercial avec les prospects issus du monde du fitness
Fidélisation: Tu encourages les adhérents à participer aux activités afin de renforcer leur engagement
