About the Role:
We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to help rapidly scale our studio and gym footprint in the state of Texas. The PSM will join as a key member of the Supply Team, responsible for working with fitness providers from start to finish, including researching new opportunities, initial outreach, contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition for onboarding.
- You will proactively research and connect with fitness providers via phone, email, social media, and industry events to build meaningful partnerships.
- You will stay ahead of the competitive landscape, understanding pricing and product differentiators so you can clearly communicate Wellpass’ unique value.
- You will own the full sales cycle—from generating leads and prospecting, to pitching, negotiating pricing, and executing contracts.
- You will collaborate closely with operations and marketing to keep communications consistent and ensure every partner’s onboarding is a success.
- You will keep Salesforce up to date with accurate and timely information to support growth and strategic decision-making.
