As our Head of Brand (m/f/d), you will shape the face, voice, and expression of the entire EGYM Group — including our business lines EGYM Technology and EGYM Wellpass. In this role, you will lead our Design & Content teams in Munich or Berlin and build a high-performing brand engine that turns strategy into standout creative campaigns, and campaigns into world-class content.

- Brand Strategy: You partner with our Lead Brand Strategist to translate vision and positioning into clear, actionable campaigns, content plans, and multi-channel brand experiences
- Leading & Scaling: You build and develop our global Content, Design, and Brand Ops teams with strong processes, KPIs, and workflows that enable high-quality, reliable delivery
- Ownership: You oversee the quality and consistency of all owned and paid brand touchpoints — with specific ownership of the EGYM website and our digital agency partnership — ensuring every channel reflects our brand, communicates our value clearly, and simplifies a complex B2B technology portfolio
- Clarity: You turn sophisticated products and services into simple, compelling, and differentiated messages that resonate across all customer segments and verticals
- Brand Consistency: You build and maintain guidelines, playbooks, and processes that safeguard brand identity, message alignment, and naming strategy across all teams and touchpoints
- Cross-Functionality: You partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to align messaging, campaign planning, GTMs, and creative execution — elevating EGYM’s customer, employer, and investor brand
