  • Strategy: You define and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy while prioritizing high ROI channels (paid, outbound, content promotion)
  • Innovation: You experiment with new channels and formats to identify emerging growth levers
  • Management: You manage and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
  • Optimization: You run A/B tests on the website and forms to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
  • Culture: You establish a test & learn environment to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Performance: You create and optimize landing pages to maximize acquisition results
  • Expansion: You roll out international campaigns across France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, and the US
  • Collaboration: You work closely with Sales, Ops, and Product teams to ensure an aligned funnel
Your fitness level
  • Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation within a B2B environment
  • Advertising: You manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with precise tracking of CPL and ROI
  • Marketing: You execute ABM strategies and outbound campaigns to drive growth
  • Analysis: You apply a data-driven mindset to decision-making and KPI tracking, including CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels
  • Optimization: You utilize CRO best practices through A/B testing and landing page optimization
  • Technology: You demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Teamwork: You possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams
  • Language: You speak and write fluent German and English to succeed in our international working environment
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Foundation: You assimilated the mission and business objectives while gaining a deep understanding of target personas and their decision cycles
  • Planning: You established a structured 6 to 12-month growth plan and identified quick wins to improve immediate channel performance
  • Execution: You launched and optimized initial paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting to drive acquisition
  • Optimization: You created high-performing landing pages and proposed new segmentation strategies and channels to scale growth
