In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to shape, analyze, and support strategic decisions through data-driven insights. Data Engineering: You demonstrate hands-on experience with data engineering practices, including data modeling, data warehousing, and managing ETL processes to ensure a high quality BI pipeline
Tracking & Infrastructure: You collaborate closely with Engineering teams to design and implement an effective data tracking infrastructure, identifying key data points, ensuring scalable and reliable data collection methods, and optimizing data flow for analytical needs
Dashboards: You show proficiency in working withlarge, complex datasets to not only prepare analyses but also create reports and dashboards facilitating product managers to make data driven decisions
Product Metrics & KPIs: You collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Design to define, monitor, and evolve metrics and KPIs that measure and optimize product performance
Responsiveness: You minimize turnaround time for analytical questions from stakeholders by improving processes and tools
Analytics Enablement: You support Product Management in building customer-facing analytics and business KPIs
Your fitness level
Experience: You have at least 2 yearsof hands-on experience in business intelligence, specifically in analyzing and reporting on product data
Technical skills: You are experienced in ETL tooling, Data Warehouse models, data visualization, and SQL. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) is a plus
Data Stack: You have experience with modern cloud-based BI tech stacks, preferably Snowflake, dbt, hex, Mixpanel, Tableau.
Communication: You have excellent communication in English skills and the ability to explain complex, abstract concepts in simple, concrete terms
Collaboration: You have a proven track record ofcollaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding their data needs and processes
Product lifecycle: You have a good understanding of the overall product development process

Business & Data Familiarization: You build a deep understanding of EGYM’s business, BI infrastructure, and product data landscape, enabling you to navigate and leverage our data ecosystem with confidence
Data Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement: You actively support and contribute to the implementation of new tracking and analytics solutions that integrate seamlessly into our existing data infrastructure
Data Quality & Consistency: You drive improvements in data quality, consistency, and reliability across products and data sources, ensuring trustworthy insights for decision-making
Cross-functional Collaboration & Impact: You establish strong, trusted relationships across teams and act as a key partner in delivering data solutions that create measurable business impact
