Your daily workout
Join our team as a Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) for EGYM Wellpass in Munich! In this role, help us understand, predict, and systematically improve revenue performance across Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role goes beyond reporting and one-off analyses. You’ll build scalable performance tracking systems, scoring models, and automated signals that help commercial teams make better decisions earlier and at scale. You’ll work hands-on with data and translate complex patterns into clear, actionable frameworks used by leadership and frontline teams.

  • Performance Analysis: You analyze Sales, Marketing, Existing Business and Partner performance across the full funnel, identify structural drivers and bottlenecks, and translate your findings into scalable frameworks and clear actions
  • Insight Systems: You take a systems view of revenue performance - defining which KPIs require proactive monitoring and designing scalable solutions such as partner scoring models, funnel health metrics, and structured review frameworks
  • Data & Scoring Modeling: You work hands-on with structured data, connect multiple data sources, and build robust data models to identify key performance drivers. Where relevant, you apply statistical or predictive techniques (e.g. weighted scoring, regression models) to improve prioritization, forecasting quality, and performance transparency
  • Automation & AI: You formalize recurring analyses into reusable models, dashboards, or signals to reduce manual effort and increase consistency
  • Initiative Ownership: You proactively identify high-impact questions across the revenue funnel and drive initiatives end-to-end - from hypothesis and modeling to rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
Your fitness level
  • Problem-Solving: You combine analytical thinking, technical skills, and business acumen to turn open questions into clear recommendations — and drive them through to results
  • Experience: You have 2-5 years of experience in a role such as Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Founder’s Associate, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Systems Mindset: You think beyond ad-hoc analyses and enjoy building scalable signals. You bring experience building scoring frameworks, and performance tracking systems that are actively used in decision-making
  • Tools: You are an expert in Excel/Google Sheets and well familiar with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce). Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is expected; experience with Python or basic statistical / ML modeling is a plus
  • Structured & Proactive: You are curious, structured, and self-driven, with a strong bias for action
  • Communication: You communicate effectively across stakeholders - from sales managers to executives - translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights
  • Language Skills: You have strong English communication skills; German is a plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Impact: You have improved transparency across at least one part of the revenue funnel and supported initiatives that measurably improved KPIs
  • Initiative: You have launched and are actively driving at least one high-impact project you initiated - based on your own analysis
  • Enablement: You have created insight systems (such as partner network scoring) enabling a more proactive, insight-led operating rhythm across the revenue teams
  • Collaboration: You have built strong working relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - and become a go-to partner for revenue performance insights
