We are looking for a highly motivated Production Engineer to play an important role in managing our manufacturing locations, with a focus on steel fabrication and final assembly, out of our Denver, Colorado location.

Technical-Fabrication Ownership: You are the owner of steel fabrication onboarding and related process implementation for new North American suppliers. Utilizing technical and engineering experience, you oversee new production, tooling, and overall implementation of welded, machined, cut, and bent steel assemblies.
Systems Improvement: You spearhead improvements and new systems thinking for New Product Introduction, production and supply chain improvements, and new digital/smart systems within production/supply/operations or adjacent areas..
Project Management: You lead internal production projects for process optimization, you identify potential for improvement, introduce new products to our existing system suppliers, and also onboard new manufacturing partners for steel components/assemblies.
Communication & Coordination: You are the main point of contact, both internally for our teams and externally for system suppliers, for all matters relating to the manufacture and assembly of EGYM Smart machines.
Production Management: You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of supplier relationships in North America to ensure smooth material flow and high quality production standards.
Process Optimization: You work closely with product development, procurement, and quality teams to continuously improve our devices and production processes. A major focus area will be cost reduction and optimization within supplier factories, product/assembly design, and related systems we use.
Change Management: You carry out product changes from the idea to series production, taking into account various influencing factors (e.g., assembly methods, compatibility, availability, and ideal change times).
Analysis and Management: You create production forecasts, coordinate supplier production, and manage our inventory within our ERP system. Internally, you drive toward KPIs and also balance practicality with long-term company vision for manufacturing scale-up.
