As a graduating student (m/f/d) based at our Munich HQ, you will treat this multi-faceted knowledge landscape as a strategic product. In this 30h/week thesis role, you will architect a scalable framework and leverage AI to empower our global teams with seamless access to high-quality information.   • Audit: You analyze our current knowledge landscape across Notion, Google Drive, and Slack to identify cultural habits and technical bottlenecks
  • Optimization: You unlock information silos and streamline cross-departmental onboarding to accelerate our global speed-to-market
  • AI & Automation: You research and implement cutting-edge AI solutions to automate meeting synthesis, requirement gathering, and technical documentation
  • Strategy: You design a future-proof knowledge management concept, including governance rules and modern Product Ops methodologies for our hybrid hardware-software setup
  • Validation: You execute a Proof of Concept to demonstrate the measurable impact of your framework
  • Advocacy: You develop an "EGYM Documentation Manifesto" and present your strategic roadmap to our Product & Tech leadership
Your fitness level
  • Education: You are currently a graduating student (m/f/d) enrolled in Information Management, Business Informatics, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Structure: You possess a natural talent for organizing complex, unstructured data into logical and scalable hierarchies
  • Innovation: You are a dedicated AI enthusiast, excited about using LLMs to eliminate manual documentation toil
  • Communication: You have excellent English skills and feel confident engaging with stakeholders from various technical backgrounds
  • Agility: You are familiar with modern documentation tools, e.g. Notion, Google Drive, and have a strong interest in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Passion: You identify with the EGYM spirit and the intersection of health technology and high-performance engineering
