Your responsibilities
- Business Development: You prospect and develop a client portfolio by identifying companies’ specific needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Networking & Market Presence: You participate in meetings, industry events, and business gatherings to increase brand visibility and build strong relationships.
- Consultative Selling: You support key stakeholders (HR Directors, Works Councils) in defining and implementing customized wellness solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: You lead strategic negotiations and successfully close deals within sales cycles of 3 to 9 months.
- Customer Insight: You analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the value proposition and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation aligned with business objectives.
- Pipeline Management: You efficiently use internal tools and CRM systems to manage business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
