Your responsabilities
- Strategic Analysis & Targeting: You identify the most relevant companies and quickly gather key information in order to maximize the impact of commercial actions.
- Outbound Prospecting: You launch multichannel prospecting campaigns (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn) to identify the most promising leads and promote EGYM Wellpass’s value proposition to companies in Belgium.
- Automation & Growth: You leverage automated prospecting tools such as Lemlist, working closely with the Growth team to optimize campaign performance and efficiency.
- Lead Qualification: You convert MQLs into SQLs by rigorously qualifying the most relevant opportunities for the sales team.
- Strategic Meeting Booking: You schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives, either remotely or in person, to maximize closing opportunities.
- Reporting & CRM Management: You track your daily activity in Salesforce and provide accurate reporting to ensure optimal sales performance management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with the Marketing and Account Executive teams by sharing prospect insights and feedback to continuously refine the sales strategy.
