We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to support EGYM in scaling by working on internal improvement projects across all processes and IT systems. Project Delivery:You coordinate multiple cross-functional projects in parallel across mainly Salesforce, SAP and Azure-based integrations, ensuring structured planning, execution, and team alignment using Jira and established project management practices
Project Setup:You lead end-to-end project setup, including scope definition, requirements alignment, prioritization, and resource planning in close collaboration with the Project Management Office team
Risk Management:You monitor project progress, dependencies, and risks, proactively managing issues and driving timely resolution to ensure stable delivery and predictable timelines
Stakeholder Management: You facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and risk management while ensuring clear, consistent communication and regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Audit & Compliance:You ensure audit-relevant deliverables and IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance across projects
Optimization & Standardization: You contribute to PMO improvements by standardizing ways of working and leveraging AI tools to increase delivery efficiency
Your fitness level
Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management (PMP or similar certification is preferable), ideally within complex, cross-functional environments
Delivery Methods: Proven experience delivering projects in a hybrid setup (Agile + Waterfall) with strong knowledge of project lifecycle, governance, and structured delivery
Compliance & Financial Systems: Experience with audit, compliance, or financial systems, including familiarity with ITGC and regulated environments
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira and project management tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate parallel initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration:Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and the ability to guide teams and align cross-functional stakeholders within PMO/project/program environments
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, proactive mindset, and high level of ownership and resilience

Pipeline Ownership: You have a global understanding of our projects pipeline and manage 2 to 3 projects in parallel
System Knowledge: You develop an outstanding knowledge about the EGYM tool ecosystem and processes
Relationship Building: You are appreciated by and build strong relationships with the Process Owners and Business Process Analysts, Operational Excellence team as well as key stakeholders
Business Understanding: You acquire a comprehensive understanding of our challenges as well as the stakeholders needs and use cases
