Do you have a solid background in managing complex projects and a talent for building systems that empower people? As our Project Infrastructure Architect, you work closely with our teams to tailor Jira environments and documentation ecosystems to the specific needs of hardware engineering.   • Jira Hardware Architecture: You develop scalable Jira project structures that ensure maximum transparency and efficiency for cross-functional hardware teams
  • Integrated Documentation: You set the standards for our "Single Point of Truth" for project documentation and ensure seamless integration between our core systems (e.g. Jira & Notion)
  • Process Excellence: You establish the framework for modern project management, providing teams with the automated reporting, dashboards, and standardized processes they need to succeed
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly collect and analyze feedback from our engineering teams to ensure our systems and workflows accurately reflect their needs and solve real-world pain points
  • Empowerment: You design and lead professional onboarding and training programs, ensuring that all team members can leverage the full potential of our infrastructure from day one
Your fitness level
  • Project Management Pedigree: You bring a solid track record in managing complex projects. You understand the daily challenges of a Project Manager and speak the language of engineering and product teams
  • Industry Background: Significant experience in a mid-sized or corporate environment within the hardware product development sector (e.g., Automotive, MedTech, or similar)
  • Jira Architect: Deep knowledge of Jira Premium and experience in structuring complex, cross-functional Jira environments (Project Schemes, Permissions, Shared Configurations)
  • Assertive & Empathic: You have the persistence to challenge "the way we've always done it" and the diplomatic skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Strategic Communicator: You are an effective communicator, skilled in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and translating high-level requirements into workable system structures
  • Languages: You are fluent in English; German is a clear plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Collaboration:  You built strong relationships with the Project Management team
  • Integration:  You integrated seamlessly into the Hardware Engineering department, gaining a deep understanding of teams, tools, and processes
  • Project Impact: You have taken responsibility for the infrastructure and process alignment of at least one project, confidently navigating and optimizing our workflows
