Are you a seasoned Content Designer (m/f/d) with a passion for creating compelling, user-centered content that enhances fitness experiences? Content Strategy: You develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience across digital platforms
User-Centered Content: You create clear, concise, and engaging content that guides users through our products and services, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
Collaborate with Design Teams: You work closely with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to integrate content seamlessly into the overall design, providing input on wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
Content Testing: You conduct and participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements to content
Consistency and Standards: You establish and maintain content guidelines and standards that supplement EGYM’s design system and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. You also contribute to the overall voice and tone of our brand for all EGYM supported languages
Team Enablement and Process Improvement: You drive operational excellence by developing self-service tools and streamlined content handoff workflows that empower cross-functional teams to implement high-quality copy independently and efficiently
Stakeholder Engagement: You engage with stakeholders to understand content needs, gather requirements, and communicate content strategies and decisions
Your fitness level
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience as a UX Writer (m/f/d) or Content Designer (m/f/d)
Writing Skills: You possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a proven track record of producing customer-centric content that elevates design and enhances the user journey
Content Strategy: Proven experience developing and implementing content strategies that align with business goals, including localized support for multiple languages and specialized approaches for B2B and B2B2C audiences
Industry Fluency: A strong affinity for sports, fitness, and longevity is a significant plus. You understand the codes, terminology, and nuances of the fitness industry, that allows you to create authentic content that resonates with both professional partners and end-users
Soft Skills: You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, along with excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
User Research: You have experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and using data to inform content decisions
Tools Proficiency: You are proficient with content management systems and design tools such as Figma, Miro, and AI writing support tools
Languages: You have excellent command of English, written and spoken; proficiency in German, French, or additional languages is a significant plus

Guidelines: You develop and document guidelines for our user-facing interfaces with respect to the audience using it
Audit & Alignment: You conduct a comprehensive content audit to identify experience gaps and opportunities, while contributing to a centralized glossary to ensure terminology remains consistent across all EGYM platforms
