Project Management & Coordination

Project Management & Coordination
- Website projects: Manage website updates from start to finish (prioritization, coordination, delivery).
- Cross-functional coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between Marketing, Product, Content teams, and external partners.
- Prioritization: Structure and arbitrate requests based on business impact.
- Continuous maintenance: Ensure content, pages, and optimizations are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Agency collaboration: Manage and challenge external agencies to ensure performance goals are met.
- Conversion rate optimization: Improve visitor → lead conversion rates.
- Data analysis: Leverage analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.) to understand user behavior.
- Test & Learn: Implement A/B tests and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
- Performance monitoring: Track key KPIs related to lead generation and website performance.
- International vision: Contribute to the performance of websites across multiple markets (France, Belgium, Germany…).
- Continuous improvement: Suggest optimizations based on data and team feedback.
