Join us as a (Senior) Product Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Munich and help us drive our mission to empower the product team at EGYM Wellpass while collaborating closely with the Product Operations team of EGYM Gymtech!

  • Foster Data-Informed Decisions: You help to connect the dots between product data and strategic outcomes, ensuring the availability and visibility of reliable and actionable data
  • Tool Ownership: You own and manage tools for product discovery, roadmap planning, product analytics, and AI‑assisted workflows, ensuring teams can execute effectively
  • Strategic Planning: You enable Strategic Product Planning by supporting the creation and measurement of outcome-driven goals and organizing roadmap planning cycles
  • Strive for Operational Excellence: You streamline and continuously improve processes across the EGYM product organization where they add value and evangelize best practices so that Product Managers can spend most of their time on core product work
  • Improve Collaboration and Communication: You synchronize release processes, support communication of the product roadmaps, and ensure streamlined collaboration within the Product Managament team and with stakeholders from other departments
  • Optimize Feedback Loops: You design efficient processes to collect, sort, analyze and share customer and stakeholder insights, ensuring product teams have valuable qualitative data to make informed decisions
Your fitness level
  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or similar fields
  • Strategic Thinking: You are experienced in planning and evaluating strategic goals, such as OKRs and outcome-driven goals
  • Relationship Building: You bring strong communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: You have a proactive mindset with the ability to streamline processes and continuously improve operational efficiency
  • Technical Knowledge: You are familiar with tools and methodologies for product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel), user research (e.g., Condens), customer feedback and roadmap planning (e.g., Productboard) is a plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Organizational Insights: You develop a clear understanding of the product organization of EGYM Wellpass and Technology and the respective objectives
  • Success Metrics: You implement a framework to establish success metrics for the Wellpass Product
  • Insight Structuring: You join forces with User Research to create a proper structure to store and leverage insights from user research and customer feedback
  • Analytics Integration: You support the adoption of product usage analytics to foster even more data-informed decisions
  • Process Improvement: You drive collaboration across teams by improving processes between Wellpass and Technology
