We are looking for a Team Lead CRM to join our EGYM Wellpass Marketing Team in Munich! As a leader in our CRM efforts, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, leading a talented team, and driving user engagement through sophisticated, data-driven strategies.   • Leadership: You lead, mentor, and develop a three-member-CRM team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Strategy & Vision: You define and implement the overarching CRM strategy to increase engagement, satisfaction, and long-term customer retention

  • Campaign Oversight: You oversee the planning and execution of multichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.), ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals

  • Advanced Analysis: You drive a data-first culture, tracking and reporting on global CRM performance and KPIs, while identifying high-level optimization opportunities

  • Lifecycle Automation: You lead the development and scaling of automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, re-engagement, loyalty) to maximize customer lifetime value

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You act as a key stakeholder, working closely with Product, Data, and Tech teams to enhance our toolstack and user experience

  • Budget & Resource Management: You manage the CRM budget and resources effectively to achieve departmental objectives

Your fitness level

  • Education: You hold a degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in CRM or marketing automation, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity

  • Expertise: You bring deep knowledge of CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and marketing automation best practices

  • Tools: You are highly proficient in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, Hubspot) and analytical tools

  • Leadership Skills: You have strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, guide, and grow a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical Mindset: You are exceptionally data-driven and capable of translating complex data into actionable strategic insights

  • Language skills: Excellent communication skills in both German and English

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Leadership Integration: You have successfully integrated with the team and established clear development paths for your direct reports

  • Strategic Roadmap: You have defined a 12-month CRM roadmap that aligns with the company’s growth and retention targets

  • Optimisation: You have identified and implemented key improvements in current automation journeys and team workflows to increase efficiency and impact
