- Education and Training: You have completed a 4-year degree program in Information Technology, an IT Support Internship, or have other appropriate training and certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITF+, or Tech+
- Professional Experience: You have 1+ years of professional experience
- Know-How: You have solid hands-on knowledge of Windows (Win11), macOS, and common workplace hardware such as printers and peripheral devices
- Skills: You are comfortable figuring things out with incomplete information or documentation. You are interested in, or are looking to learn more about, process automation
- Working style: You work reliably, independently and produce high-quality work
- Language skills: You have professional proficiency in English (proficiency in German or French is a plus)
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Ticket System: You help your colleagues to quickly and accurately resolve standard problems in the ticket system
- Documentation: You maintain and expand the documentation library and how-to articles
- Optimization: You contribute initial ideas for automation and process improvement
- Onboarding: You ensure the smooth onboarding of new EGYMees
