Roadmap: You us shape & deliver on our product roadmap by guiding world class hardware and embedded software engineering teams
Innovation: You identify growth opportunities and drive measurable impact for the team and the company
Customer-Centricity: You act as an ambassador for empowered product development, putting the end-user at the heart of every decision
Research: You conduct research driven development and improvement of our hardware that favors a consumer-centric approach
Communication: You manage internal and external stakeholders and simplify complex technical scopes for all audiences
Integration: You are fascinated by broad technical scopes, integrating sensors, electronics, embedded systems into sports equipment, to deliver the most value in an incremental fashion
Strategy: You align organizational approaches and solve customer service cases to ensure a seamless product experience

Your fitness level

Experience: You bring 3+ years of professional experience in product management and lateral leadership of agile teams
Expertise: You possess a strong background in hardware product management, ideally within Sports Science or the Fitness / Health Industry
Methodology: You have a profound understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques
Communication: You are a talented communicator capable of explaining complex issues in simple terms
Languages: You have successfully utilized both English and German in a professional environment to collaborate effectively in international teams

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Knowledge: You have developed an outstanding understanding of our hardware ecosystem and ongoing development streams
Architecture: You have a good understanding of the products hardware and embedded software components and their interactions with the ecosystem
Ownership: You have successfully taken over product development projects to help achieve our long-term vision
Networking: You have built strong, trusting relationships with development teams and key stakeholders
Insight: You have acquired a comprehensive understanding of our platform, customer needs, and specific use cases
