LMS Tool Administration: You manage the daily administration, structure, and upkeep of the team’s Learning Management System and associated authoring tools, acting as the primary facilitator of the platform
Content Creation: You support in developing and maintaining Documentation and Education content by collaborating closely with other content creators and subject matter experts to ensure content is effectively organized within the LMS/ CMS
Visual Prototyping & Templating: You utilize collaborative tools like Figma and Miro to design reusable content templates and wireframe learner journeys, enabling the team to scale content production efficiently
System Integration & Architecture: You establish and maintain APIs and webhooks to connect our learning platforms with external systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization and automated user management
AI-Assisted Workflows: You shift away from traditional administration by building, managing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows to automate tasks such as course enrollments, content tagging, system upkeep, and support routing
Technical Support & Trend Scouting: You act as the lead architect and strategist for our portal systems, while staying current with emerging AI models, LLMs, and integration tools to scale our L&D operations
Performance Analytics: You monitor and analyze the usage and performance metrics of the LMS to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, and ensure the system meets the needs of customers and internal stakeholders
UX & Design Collaboration: You partner closely with internal Design and UX/UI teams to conduct light user research and gather learner feedback, ensuring all educational materials and portal experiences are visually compelling, intuitive, and continuously optimized for engagement

Educational & Creative Background: You have a degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Creative Media, Educational Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong creative and visual background)
Professional Experience: You bring 3+ years experience as a Learning Technologist, LMS Administrator, or Digital Content Designer, with a proven track record of managing and structuring modern LMS platforms
Design & Collaboration Skills: You possess a strong eye for digital user experience (UX/UI) principles. Hands-on experience with collaborative design tools like Figma or Miro is highly preferred, as you will act as a key liaison to our internal Design teams
Instructional Design (): You ideally have a solid understanding of instructional design methodologies, enabling you to translate complex information into highly engaging, structured learning templates
Technical & Integration Aptitude: You have experience with, or a strong foundational understanding of, system integrations (APIs and webhooks) to assist with the initial technical setup, account automation, and basic LMS functionality
AI & Automation Mindset: You are forward-thinking and enthusiastic about leveraging modern AI tools and automated workflows to streamline administrative tasks
Approach: You are a proactive, organized individual who takes true ownership of tools, balancing a meticulous eye for system governance with a passion for creativity
Communication: You possess C1 level English communication skills (written and verbal), with B2 level German proficiency being a valuable asset
